The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.
The manual was complete and of great quality. Originally a tri-lingual file, I first received only one language. After a note to owners-manuals.com, I quickly received the remaining languages... Great service, definitely worth it.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.
In case of difficulty
Resetting the Microcomputer
If the microcomputer may malfunction (unit cannot be operated, or shows an erroneous display) if the power cord is unplugged while the power is ON, or due to some other external factor. If this happens, execute the following procedure to reset the microcomputer and return the unit to its normal operating condition.
With the power cord plugged in, turn the POWER key OFF. Then, while holding down the ON/STANDBY key, press the POWER key.
â¢ Please note that resetting the microcomputer will clear the contents of the memory and returns the unit to the state it was in when it left the factory.

Symptom No sound from the speakers. Cause â¢ The speaker cords are disconnected. â¢ VOLUME is set to the minimum position. â¢ MUTE is ON. â¢ The SPEAKERS switches are set to OFF. Remedy â¢ Connect properly referring to âSetting the speakersâ. 5 â¢ Adjust the volume to a proper level. â¢ Turn OFF the MUTE. ! â¢ Set the SPEAKERS switch(es) to ON.
The standby indicator blinks and sound is not output.
â¢ Speaker cords are short-circuited.
â¢ Turn the power off, eliminate the shortcircuiting, then turn on the power again.
Sound is not output from one of the speakers. A humming noise is generated when the PHONO input selector is selected.
â¢ The speaker cord is disconnected. â¢ The audio cord from the turntable is not connected to the PHONO jacks. â¢ The turntable is not grounded.
â¢ Connect properly referring to âSetting the speakersâ. 5 â¢ Insert the audio cord plugs securely into the PHONO jacks. â¢ Connect the grounding wire to the GND terminal on the rear panel. 4
Symptom Radio stations cannot be received. Cause â¢ No antenna is connected. â¢ The broadcast band is not set properly. â¢ The frequency of the desired station is not tuned. â¢ Noise due to ignition noise from an automobile. â¢ Noise due to interference from an electric appliance. â¢ Noise due to a nearby TV set. â¢ The preset station belongs to a frequency that cannot be received. â¢ The preset memory was cleared because the power cord had been unplugged for a long period of time. Remedy â¢ Connect an antenna. 5 â¢ Set the broadcast band properly. â¢ Tune the frequency of the desired station. # â¢ Install the outdoor antenna away from the road. â¢ Turn off the power to the appliance. â¢ Install the receiver farther away from the TV. â¢ Preset a station with a receivable frequency. â¢ Preset the station again.
A station which was preset cannot be received by pressing the corresponding numeric key.
